This policy describes how Numplicity, LLC ("Numplicity," "we," "us") handles information collected through numplicity.com. The site is currently a pre-launch page. This policy will be updated before the Numplicity product becomes generally available.

What we collect

Email address. If you submit your work email through the notification form, we collect that address.

Automatic data. Our hosting and network infrastructure, provided by Cloudflare, processes standard technical data when you visit the site, including IP address, browser type, and request logs. This processing is used for security and site operation. The site also loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard web request, including your IP address, to Google's servers. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when Numplicity opens access more broadly. We do not use it for any other marketing, and we do not add you to a recurring mailing list.

We use automatic technical data to operate and secure the site.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and content delivery), Loops (email list management and delivery), and Google Fonts (typeface delivery). These providers process data on our behalf or as described above and are not permitted to use your email address for their own purposes.

Retention

We keep your email address until we send the launch notification, until you ask us to remove it, or until we determine it is no longer needed, whichever comes first. Technical logs are retained for the limited periods set by our service providers.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email address at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will honor deletion requests promptly.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights over your personal data, such as access or correction, you may exercise those rights by contacting us.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
